Crosbie Burns, deceased (Mr Izard); re Henry Spencer, deceased (Mr Thomas); Re Margaret Kerr, deceased (Mr Slater); re Ann Helene Waterston, deceased (Mr Helmore); re William Vincent, deceased (Mr Stringer) re George H. Archer, deceased (Mr Flesher); re Mary Oram, deceased (Mr Cowlishaw); re Wm. Abbott, deceased (Mr Joynt); re Thomas Feltham, deceased (Mr G. Harris) ; re Mary Peagram, deceased (Mr Ruseell). Letters of administration were granted on the application of Mr Harris in re Mary Jane Gibbs, deceased. RK JOSKPH DIXON, DECEASED. Oα the application of Mr Hetmore his Honour made an order referring the question of commission to the executor to the Registrar to report upon. MIAGLKM V NORWIOH UNION TIRE INSURANCE CO. On the application of Mr W. B. Cowlishaw his Honour made an order for discovery herein. A similar order was made on the application of Mr Wilding. Mr Cowlishaw applied for an order for a special jnry of fcur in the case. His Honour made the order as prayed, but fixed no date of trial. RB JAMES STARK, DECEASED. Mr Bishop applied herein for the confirisation of the report of the Registrar. IBs Honour made the order as prayed. RE H. J. HALL, DECEASED. On the application of Mr Stringer his Honour made an order herein confirming the report of the Registrar. RB RICHARD GALWAY, DECEASED. Mr Stringer applied for an order confirming the report of the Registrar, and bis Honour granted the application. MU.B3 V UNION BANK. Mr W. B. Cowlishaw, for plaintiff, applied for an extension of time for return of the commission till August. Mr Bruges, for the defendant Bank, contented to the order, which was made. IN BANKRUPTCY. His Honour sat in bankruptcy at 11 a.m. RR JOHN R. GHARLTON. Mr Mflls applied for the discharge of the bankrupt. His Honour made the order. The Court then rose.
