WANGANUI SHOW.
(PKBSS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.)
WANGANUI, November 11. The annual show of the Wanganui A. and P. Association took place to- day, and proved a decided success. The weather was beautifully fine, and the attendance over 3000. Competition in all live stock classes was keen. Shorthorns predominated in cattle. J. Peat was first and champion for bull under two j'ears. His entry, Lord Egmont, was a fine looking animal. A. Hunter's Master of the Riag (imp.) secured honours for bull under three years. In sheep A. Burnett and J. B. Murray were the principal prize winners. The show of implements and general exhibits was good.
