TRANSFER OF STATION-MASTERS
(FRJCSS ASSOCIATION TELBGRAM.) | WELLINGTON, November 11. The following transfers of statin-masters in theGovernment Railway Service have bben decided on, having beea rendered necessary on account of the new classification scheme : —Mr Parsons from Hastings to Ashburton, Mr Payne from Ashburton to Napier, Air Graham from Napier to Balclutha, Mr Day from Balclutha to Hawera, Mr Wilson from Fielding to Woodville, Mr Hill from Hawera to Hastings, Mr Woodhouse from Woodville to Fielding, Mr Paton from Kelso to Lawrence, Mr Guy from Edendale to Inglewood, Mr *Kerr from Lawrence to Kelso, Mr Faris from Inglewood to Edendale, Mr Young f torn Hind* to Methven, Mr Gaw from Waitatj to Wyndham, Mr Btown from Putaruru ito Eltham, Mr Arthur from Henley to Nelion Port, Mr Ingpen from Takapau to Halcombe, Mr Kirton from Wyndham to Waitati, Mr Daniel from Halcombe to Woodlands, Mr Turner from Methven to Hinds, Mr Hall from Nelson Port to Henley, Mr London from Eltham to Putaruru, Mr Whitson from TeAro to Takapau, Mr Petre from Reefton to TeAro, Mr Kerr from Woodlands to Reefton. These are the only changes of locality consequent on the classification scheme. There will be some increases of pay in the lower grades and some of the changes announced above carry increased pay.
