"That the cleaning of gravel pits, &_., of gorae and broom be deferred." "That birds' heads be purchased at the following rates :— Sparrows, larks, &c, 4d per dozen ; blackbirds, ld each." "That the extension of contract in Savill's road, aa ordered by the .Surveyor, be approved." "That the tender of C. Wainwright for re-forming 67 chains of Robins.m's road at 4s lid per chain be accepted, and that of R. Gallagher for delivering boulders at Is 3_d per cubic yard; that fresh tenders be invited for additions to cottage on Pound Reserve," The reporD upon works in progress was approved, and the Clerk was instructed to collect at au early date tho large amount of outstanding rates. Accounts amounting to £186 18s 9d were passed for payment.
