The monthly meeting of this Board was Mid on October 3rd. Present —Messrs R. B. Holdaworth (Chairman), J. Mathers, J. Bunks, T. H. Evans and D. Dick. Accounts amounting to £111 12s 2d were passed for payment. The receipts since last meetiug were reported to have been £60 5a 6d. Ib was decided to continue to purchase small birds' heads ab 6d par dozan for old birds' heads, and 4d per dozen for young birds' heads. The tender of W. Davis was aocepted for contract No. 126. Correspondence wm read—From the Chairman and Direotora nf the Sefton Dairy Factory, aaki-g the Board to have the roadside ditch between the factory and Boyce Creek cleaned out when necessary, and the Company would pay tbe expenses of the work. Agreed to. From tho Auditor-General, for-f-tdiog balance-sheet duly certified. Some repairs wero authorised to be done on various roads.
