At Aahburton on Saturday Messrs Fried-
lander Brothers offered at auctiou Mr Nicholas Fitzgerald's farm, consisting of 180 acres of tirst class laud, situated at Seaview, Wakanui, being part of the original Wakanui run. This compact little property found a ready purchaser in Mr James Jamieson, sen., the price paid being £20 per acre, which is considered a highly satisfactory figure considering tho present depressed times.
