Civil Cases.—Anderson v Watson, claim £2 lls 6d for medical attendance; judgment for plaintiff. In Barrett v Laffey, claim £2 6s for board and lodging ; Rowe v Meaclem, jBI 15s commission for collection of a debt; and Hatehard v Dunkley, £1 193 6d, judgments were for defendants with costs, Dunkley v Hatehard, claim .£3 0s 9d. Mr Caygill for defendant. Judgment was for Slaintiff for 10s 7d. Judgments went by efault for plaintiffs with costs in Fenerty and Buddie v Sanders, £5 17s 6d, and Parish v Evans, £5 14s 6d.
