RANGIORA. WARKETa TtT-SDAY. There was a good attendance at this market to-day. In the yards of Mr W. Btrsa, auctioneer, there was an entry of 3000 sheep, 150 head cattle, and 200 pigs, which were all cleared, the market being very animated for sheep and pigs. Prices: —Fat crossbred wethers 14s to 16s, do ewes lis to 13s 6d, fat merino wethers 89 tolOa, store do7s9d to Bs, good turnip sheep (crossbreds) lis to -13s, lambs 8s to 9s 6d, beef 18s per 1001b, milch cows £4 to £Q, all other cattle at late quotations; good bacon pigs 30s to 355, porkers 15s to 20s, good young stores 8-j to 13s, small pigs 5s to 7s. In the produce yards crossbred woolly sheepskins 2s 9d to 4s, do late shorn ls 6d to 2s fid; merino skins, ls 9d to 3s 3d; hides all cleared at late rates; calfskins, ls to 2s; rough fat, Id to l_d, rendered do lid to 2d; wool in bajrs 4d to 7d; locks and pieces 3*rd ; ducks, 2s 6d pair; turkeys, 3s 6d to as Od each; fowls, hens ls 6d to 2s, roosters ls 6d to 2s 6d pair; chick wheat, 2s to 2s 9d bushel; oats, ls 6d; barley, 2s; beans, 2s 9d; peas, 2s 9d to 3s; rye grass seed, second rate sample, 3s: cocksfoot, 5d lb; potatoes, ls 6d to 2s sack; carrots, 2s to 2s 6d; onions, 0s per cwt; meal, 7s 6d; sharps, 6s fid; bran, 3s; flour, 20s per sack.
