SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Fkiday, Jult 20. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Ward.] His Honor sat in Chambers at 11 a.m. BROWN V MARKS. This case had been acljourned for the purpose of allowing his Honor to fix Mr McConnel for plaintiff, Mr Austin for defendant.
His Honor allowed costs on the middle scale, the per centage to be calculated on £100 ; second counsel and one extra day would also be allowed; £"> 5s for costs of summons of March 7th, including costs of the day of adjournment, and £2 2s for costs of the present summons, and costs of reference as per scale.
3IADDISON V TRIGGS. Mr Kippenberger applied herein for a return to .summons of July 16th (to enter judgment). The application was granted. DEEDS REGISTRATION ACT AND RE WALTER HARTNELL. DECEASED. Mr Holme 3 moved herein for leave to register the probate copy of the deceased's will. Granted. KOI.LEY V Et.LESMERE ROAD BOARD. Mr Wyun Williams applied herein fora return to summons of July 19th, for a commission to examine cne Richard Gillett, now in Waikato, Auckland. His Honor granted the application, the commission to be returnable on August 13th. Costs, £2 2s, were allowed. RE FRANCIS REEVE, DECEASED. Mr Deacon, for Mr Ho ban, obtained herein probate to James Bellamy. RE JOSEPH BAILY DALT.IY, DECEASED. Mr Bruces applied herein for probate to George Daltry and Frederick Robert Burns. The application was granted. RE THOMAS HUGHES MILKER BAXK3. Mr Bruges applied herein for probate to Josiah Parsons Taylor. His Honor granted the application. RE HUGH MILLEK AXD OTHERS, INFANTS. Mr Bruges obtained an order for the trustees of the estate to pay the interest of certain moneys for the support of the j infants. I
