Thomas McCarthy, who on the 17th inst. had been sent to Addington Gaol for medical treatment, was, on certificate of his continued illness, further remanded till January 26th. Alt.bond Indecent Assaults.— William Brown, a middle-aged man, was charged with having, on January 20th, at Spreydon, indecently assaulted two girls aged eleven and twelve years respectively. On his own application he was remanded till Monday.
