In the Legislative council to-day notice was given of a resolution that the Governor had forfeited tbe confidence of the, colony, and praying the Queen ta> appoint a competent Governor. Beeeived December 17th, 1.30 a.m. ACCIDENT TO ADMIRAL HORNBY. London, December 15. Admiral Hornby was thrown from his horse while hooting yesterday, and wtt picked up in ao insensible condition.
