The Official Messenger to-day publishes an article rebuking the Bussian people for the anti- German feeling whioh they have manifested Common interests, it declares, connect Bnssia i and Germany. Rnssi- will respect the | special interests of Germany, and it is assured that Germany will respect Bussian interests in Bulgaria. A hope is expressed that German influence will be solely directed for the maintenance of peace, which the Czir and Russian people etrnestly desire. Received December 17th, 1.30 a.m. St. Petersburg, December 16. It is thought probable that the Bussian Government will object to Prince Ferd—ttnd of B-xe-Coburg accepting the throne of Bulgaria.
