Vincent remarking that it was little encouragement to the Council to do anything for the ratepayers. Messrs Harper and 00. wrote, enclosing plan of intended right-of-way in Montreal street, as re their application as considered at the previous meeting of the Council, and after 'consideration the application was granted. , '■ Madam Lotti Wilmot applied for a license \ for the New Progressive Lyceum, in Madras street, regretting the opposition; to Spiritualism in Christchuroh, and olahning the same liberty as extended to other creeds. nCr. Hulbert gave notice of motion to move at next meeting—"That clause 10 of the surveyor's report of the 10th October, relative to constructing Jones' or Wilson's right-of-way under the Act be rescinded, and that the said right-of-way be constructed by the
