Wednesday, January 6. (Before J. Birch, Esq.) POLICE ORDINANCE, Mark Toole, an old offender, arrested by Constable Haldane, was charged with drunkenness and indecency. Fined 10a, and costs. Thursday, January 7. TBefore E. G. Kerr, Esq, Mayor.} DRUNK AND INCAPABLE. Archibald Menzies and Wm Page, both arrested by Constable Haldane, were charged with the foregoing offence. Dismissed with a caution.
