THE YOUNG FARMERS' CLUB

WEAKENED by lack of members it is pleasing to note that the District Young- Farmers' Club, still pursues its activities, and endeavours to adhere to a progressive programme throughout the season. In passing it would be well to afford those members who still maintain the club, the fullest encouragement. Only by their enthusiasm can this important movement be maintained throughout the present difficult period, only by their continued interest and application can the avenues be kept open for the benefit of those other young men, who on demobilisation following the present war will inevitably go on the land and seek to become independent farmers themselves.
