Sir, —Now that the new football season is nearly upon us, I wonder if I would be in order to suggest that something be done towards introducing those amenities for which, the Queen Carnival was started last year. I understand that there is a considerable sum in hand and even if the original figure was not achieved, we could at least do something about a dressing shed, conveniences etc. Am I in order, or merely in the dark? \r Yours etcr," PROGRESS.
