Normal Traffic Flow Reported Meeting Of Senior Army Officers London, April 5. In Berlin, the British DeputyMilitary Governor, General BrownJohn, has accepted the Russian offer to talk over details of the new traffic regulations between Berlin and the West. He has asked the Russians to name a time and place for the meeting, and suggests that it would save time if representatives of all four Allied powers discussed the question together. British and American goods trains are arriving in Berlin normally from western Germany, and barge traffic between the western zones and Berlin was resumed today. The British Military Governor in Germany, General Sir Brian Robertson, is now back in the capital after his weekend talks in the British zone with Field-Marshal Montgomery; The Field-Marshal went to the headquarters of the British Army of the Rhine tcday to address a meeting of senior officers. He is expected in Berlin tomprrow by air.
