A message from Istanbul says that under the United States scheme for aid to Turkey nearly 10,000 tons of war materials have reached Turkish ports during the last ten days. A message from Madrid says that Spanish students demonstrated opposite the British Embassy there this afternoon, hissing, booing and jeering. They gave the Fascist salute and sang the Falangist song. Later they moved on towards the United States Embassy shouting insults against President Truman, but police held them back from the building.
