TREATIES WITH BRITAIN
COUNTRIES IN MIDDLE EAST
London, Jan. 10
A diplomatic correspondent says that it is understood that the Prime Minister of Trans Jordan will go to London before the end of this month. It is also hoped that Emir Feisal, the son of King Ibn Saud of Saudi Arabia, will also visit London. The co-respondent points out that following the signing of the new treaty between Britain and Iraq, it is hoped in London that similar arrangements can be made with some other Middle East countries. He adds that one of the main points about any subsequent treaties would be the provision of British help for social and economic welfare schemes.
