IDENTIFICATION OF BODY

SEQUEL TO DISCOVERY

IN BUSH

(P.A.) Auckland, to-day. The body of the man found with a bullet wound in the head in bush at Long Bay on Sunday afternoon was identified yesterday as that of Mr Vincent Robert Sexton, aged 34, whose mother resides in Gisoorne.

A revolver was lying beside the body, which was discovered by two girls who had gone for a walk through the bush. Discharged from the Army'in August, Mr Sexton had served in the Middle East and Japan .au attained the rank of lieutenant.
