ME TOO WINS CUP RACE
Because of the unfavourable conditions on the Tauranga harbour on Saturday Tauranga and Idle Along Class yachts- withdrew from their races. However, the third race for the Harold Stevens’ Memorial Cup was sailed bv Z Class yachts. The cup has been won by G. Woods in Me Too. On the corrected times, Saturday’s race was won by Kesti-el (B. Hartley), with Me Too, off scratch, seconds Lvla withdrew from the race, and Dixie was disqualified for carrying a wrong number on her sail.
