McCullagh, of the Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company. The top price for Shorthorn bulls was 23 guineas which was paid for Dominion Concern of Ruakura (Dominion Sis’s Prince of Ruakura — Dominion Conceit of Ruakura, 727.35 lb., butterfat), the purchaser being Mr J. The Guernseys are a good type of animal and are good yielders and high testers. Mr Hector J.
