(Per Press Association.) Thames, May 21 The Harbour Board met yesterday. Mr E. F. Adams, engineer, presented a report stating that the Burk© Street wharf was dangerous and must be replaced at once, this b c hig the first part of the new barbeur* scheme. The Beard adopted the report and decided to build, at c cost of £9.000, a wharf 360 feet long, with berthage on .both sides.
