Social at Moneymore.

A social gathering was held at Moneymore Hall last Friday evening, when there was a large attendance to honor Mr and Mrs John Allison, Juur.. who have recently sold out their farm and acquired another in the neighbouring " city " of Clarksville. Mr Thomas Scott presided, and, on Jbehalf of Mr and Mrs Allison's large circle of friend", presented those abh residonts with a handgoms eiderdown quilt. The chairman, Messrs C, J. Robinson and P. Han'ey eulogieed tho guests' neighborly qualities and kindly, cheerful dispositions. Dancing was the order of the evening, interspersed with musical items. Dance music was supplied by Miss J.
