Resident Magistrate's Courts
MILTON. Tuesday, June 15th. (Before J. P. Maitland, Esq., R.M.) FBASEB V. M'INDOE. In this case — an action to recover £12 — his Worship delivered judgment for the plaintiff, with costs. . HOLLICK. V, STRACHAN AND HUNTER. lu, this case plaintiff sought to recover £11 12s 8d for timber supplied. , Judgment was given for the amount claimed, "with costs. MARHTATT AND JUtOORE V. J. AND N. CAMPBELL. This 'was au. action to recover £75 4s 4d.on a dishonored bill. ' Mr Reid appeared for the defendants, who confessed judgment. .MARRYATT AND MOORE V. W. "WATTS. ( . This action was one to recover £11 19s 9d for goods supplied. .Judgment was giveu for the amount claimed, and costs. PATERSON V. FRAZER. This was a judgment summons, the amount of the debt being £40 14s 6.d. Mr Tajdor appeared for the plaintiff, and • Mr Reid for the defendant. Evidence was taken in order to show the defendant's position as regarded his ability to pay, and the Magistrate decided to make no order. D. REID V. A. A. HUNTER. In this case plaintiff sued for £50 for professional services rendered. Judgment was given for plaintiff for the amount claimed and costs. BRADY V. HUNTER. This was an action to recover £4.1 5s for services rendered. Mr Reid appeared for the plaintiff. The case was adjourned until the following Thursday. The Court then adjoixrncd.
