Plaintiff sought to recover £41 6s 6d Qn a dishonored promissory note. The case was postponed. A. PEAT V. J. WRIGHT. This. was a claim of £42 Is 6s for 51 bags of ; wheat. Defendant admitted a debt of £32 Bs. Mr Taylor appeared for plaintiff and Mr Reid for. defendant. Evidence was taken, and his Worship reserved judgment. A. WEfITE V, T> BIiACK. was a summons fbr 'assault, £50 damage^ being claimed.
