SEDDON CENTENARY
P.A. WELLINGTON. Friday. The centenary of the birth of Richard John Seddon was commemorated to-day, when the acting-Prime Minister. Mr. Nash, placed a wreath on behalf of the Government and Sople of the Dominion at the base of the memorial in Parliament pronnds. Before the ceremony, Mr. to the memory £f MrrSeddon at a gathering in the ?aS hallof Parliament Buildings. Wreaths were also placed on the memorial by members of the Sedtion family- ... . _ ;
