GASWORKS PLAN
DISCUSSION ON SCHEME MEN ACCEPT PROPOSALS Employees of the Auckland Gas Company decided at a meeting last evening to accept the Government's proposals for tne scheme to be conducted at the works, and to cooperate whole-heartedly. The meeting was presided over by Mr. F. Craig, chairman of the Auckland Trades Council, and the proposals were explained in detail by Mr. W. A. Leggett, who has been appointed to supervise the scheme in Auckland.
The decision of' the company is yet to be,announced.
