Henry Berry and Co. (A'asia), Ltd., reports that profit earned by the company and its New Zealand subsidiary for the year ended .June 30 is about £40.000, after providing for ordinary income tax. Compare bio profit for 1941-42 was £25,893. Final dividend on the 7 per cent "A" and "B" preference shares is 2\'z per cent, making 6 per cent for the year, and requiring £29,123.
