AN APPEAL LODGED
Late yesterday afternoon an appeal against the sentence of six months' imprisonment imposed upon Heinz Isadore Rosenberg in the Magistrate's Court earlier in the day, on a charge of having United States property in his possession, was lodged by his counsel, v Mr. M. Robinson..
After the necessary security had been forthcoming, Rosenberg was released pending the hearing of the appeal.
