(0.C.) WHANGAREI, this day. The Whangarei Borough Council decided last night to express concern to the No. 1 Transport Licensing Authority, Mr. E. J. Phelan, regarding the lack of adequate bus and taxi services for the necessary transport of the Whangarei public.
