Girven. secretary of the Auckland Waterside Workers' Union who resigned, together with the executive and the walking delegate recently owing to a matter involving union policy, lias been re-appointed The case of Mr. Girven was the last to be deal with by ballot, the other positions affected by the resignation l ; having previously been filled bv this means.
