CHAPLAIN TAKEN PRISONER

In a letter to his wife. Mrs. J. Hiddlestone, of Kipling Avenue. Epsom. Chaplain Major Hiddlest6ne. who was recently reported to be a prisoner of war at Kokinia Hospital near Athens, states that he is in good health and is being well treated. He sends his regards to all his friends to whom he is unable to write owing to regulations governing prisoners' correspondence. Formerly Baptist minister at Epsom. Major Hiddlestone went through the Greek campaign and later elected to stay behind in Crete with the wounded rather than leave with the troops being evacuated.
