NURSES , EXAMS

The acting-lady superintendent, Miss V. M. Cussen, reported to the Hospital Board last evening that in the State examination for nurses 37 nurses from the Auckland Hospital had passed out of 41 candidates, and three had got partial passes. Nurse E. S. Baker had passed top for NewZealand with honours in surgerv and nursing technique. Nurse A. M. Dufaur had got honours in medicine and nursing technique, and Nurses E. N. Cruickshank and L. M. Hendry had obtained honours in nursing technique.
