OBITUARY.

DR. K. I. WOODWARD,

(0.C.) WAIUKU, this day. The death has occurred at his residence, Waiuku, of Dr. Kenneth I. Woodward, •who was livinjr in retirement on a farm. Born in Auckland. Dr. Woodward was the only son of the late Mr. W. Woodward, of Kemuera. He was educated at King's College and Otago University before beginning practising at Takaka, Kelson. Seventeen years Yater he acquired a farm at Waiuku and had resided there since. He is survived bv hie wife, a son and a daughter.
