MR. JOHN BUTLER.

(P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. The death lias occurred of Mr. John Butler, who for the past five rears had been printer of the "Evening Tost." He had been a member of the 'Tost'' staff for over .30 years. Born in Hawera, Mr. Butler served his apprenticeship on the '"Hawera Star." For many yeans until his death he wag a prominent member of the Oddfellows Lodge at Hawera. The interment will take place at Lawrence, where his widow's family live.
