LEGACY TO CHURCH.
Under the will of the late Miss Annie Ignatius Bpylan, of Parnell, who died on June 17 leaving an estate valued at under £1600, the residue of her estate, after the payment of some small private legacies, has been bequeathed to the Religious of Sacred Heart. Victoria Avenue, Remuera, for the erection of a church or chapel in the grounds of the institution. In event of a church or chapel being erected from other fund*, the legacy may be used for the purposes of the Order. r
