Mr. W. L. Mackenzie King, Prime Minuter of. Canada, informed the House of Commons that the Canadian destroyer Fraser was sunk In a collision off Bordeaux in the performance of hazardous duties. Of the crew, 45 are dead or missing and 188 were rescued, 17 of whom were injured, says a cable message from Ottawa.
