MOBILISATION ORDER.
OFFICERS AND N.C.O.'S. ! (By Telegraph. Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. A proclamation was issued to-night calling out officers and non-commis-sioned officers of certain units for military service for the purpose of defence in New Zealand. Officers, warrant officers and noncommissioned officers down to and including 50 per cent bombardiers and corporals of the following units are called tip as from July 1: — New Zealand Artillery. — First, Second and Third Field Regiments, Seventh and Eighth Medium Batteries. Corps of Engineers. First, Second and Third Field Companies. Infantry. —First Battalions of the Hauraki. ' North Auckland, Waikato Wellington-West Coast, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki. Nelsc-.i, Marlborough and West Coast. -Southland, and New Zealand Scottish Regiments.
The same ranks of the fallowing unit are called up from July 16: —New Zealand Signals: Northern, central and southern district signal companies.
