DIVORCE LIST.
FOR MAY SESSION. OVER A HUNDRED PETITIONS. A list of more than 120 divorce petitions has been set down for hearing during the May session of the Auckland Supreme Court, which opens on Tuesday next, when Mr. Justice Blair and Mr. Justice Eair will preside. The undefended divorce petitions to be heard before a judge alone number 10<>. Two defended divorce petitions are set down for hearing before a jud~c and jury of twelve, and 15 to be heard before a judge alone.
