Drilling In Formation Is Perfect. WAR MINISTER'S PRAISE. (Received 1 p.m.) RLT.'BY, Deremlier 21. The Minister of War, Mr. L. HoreBelisha, to-day attended the first ceremonial parade in England of the Canadian active service force. Afterwards he inspected their barracks. Following the visit, Air. Hore-Uelisha said he had lieen most impressed. "I do not think any finer body of men ever crossed the ocean,' , he added. "The drilling in formation is absolutely perfect, '['hey are only just now Collecting their equipment, but they seem to have been soldiers for a very long time. I hope the people of this country will »ive them all the hospitality possible. . One must congratulate Canada on her expeditionary force and the officers on the brilliant organisation they have displayed." "
