FARMERS' CONFERENCE.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS. Delegates attending the Auckland Provincial conference of the New Zealand Farmers' Union expressed their confidence in the past year's executive when the election of officers for the ensuing year was held yesterday. The president. Captain H. M. Rusliwortli. was -re-elected. The vice-presidents. Messrs. .T. H. Furniss and A. C. A. Sexton. and the secretary. Mr. A. McConaugliy, were also returned unopposed.
Other officers for the year will l>e: — Group delegates to the Dominion conference, Messrs. Rushworth and Furniss: Auckland executive. Messrs. H. .1. Angus. R. R. Blade, A. E. Lambert. Heath Mason.
