First Permanent Building Dedicated to Peace. OPENING IN NOVEMBER. British Official Wireless. (Received 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, September 2. The first permanent building in Britain to be dedicated to the cause of international peace aud justice is to be opened at Cardiff on November 23. Mothers bereaved in the Great War and drawn from many countries will participate in the ceremony. - The Hall of Nations, which has been erected at a cost of £62,000, is a gift from Lord Davies. In the hall will be placed a Book of Remembrance, recording the names of Welshmen who fell in the Great War, and beside symbolic statues of justice and peace there will be two altars for the Lamps of Remembrance and for the Covenant of the League.
