Germany Resolved to Have I More Territory. "HAS BEST ARMY IN WORLD." BERLIN, August 31. The Reich organisation leader of the Nazis, Dr. Robert Ley, addressing a large gathering in connection with the Stuttgart congress of overseas Germans, declared:— "Ministers in London and Paris know Herr Hitler does not leave things to chance, as the ex-Kaiser did. Germany is resolved to have the space her numbers demand. She has the best army in the world, and Geneva no longer exists." i
