Protest; Against Extension of Working Houra. DOCKEBB AGAIN STOP WORK. (Received 10.30 a.m.) PARIS, August 31. Cabinet Approval of an extension of working hfurs in armament and other vital industries provoked a condemnatory niaaiisto from Paris trade unions. Meanwhileia new hitch has occurred in the Marseilles dockers' dispute and the men agaiu| declined to work. The Federation of Trade Unions is demanding'the organisation all over the country of ja. National Day of Defence of the 40-henr week and the social laws, and has caQed a great protest meeting in Paris for Friday.
