Departure of Sir H. Wilkins on

Antarctic Quest. FLIGHT OVER POLE. (Received 12.30 p.m.) VANCOUVER, July 28. Sir Hubert Wilkins, who is here to •ngage a surgeon, states that his South Pole expedition will leave early in August, with a 'plane, by steamer for Capetown. - There; they will transfer the 'plane en to a small vessel and sail for Enderby land. From there they will fly nonstop 2000 miles over the Pole to Little America. Sir Hubert is confident that the expedition will secure valuable aviation and meteorological information. Mr. Lincoln Ellsworth is also going.
