CENSUS IN JANUARY.
Mew Count of Entire Soviet Population. LAST FIGURES UNRELIABLE. (Received 9.30 a.m.) MOSCOW, July 28. A new census of the enlire Soviet population will he taken in January, taking the place of the census held last January, the results of which were never published because wreckers "disrupted the work and made the figures unfeliable." The last published census, in January, 1933, gave the population as 165,847,100.
