MANGERE DANCE.
A successful dance was held in the Mangere East Hall, under the auspices nLt if 1 i branch of the National party. The stage was tastefully decorated with bowls of flowers, palms and other greenery. The duties of masters ot ceremonies were carried out bv Messrs. R. Trayes and G. Kirkbride. For those who did not dance, card tables were set up in the supper room, the winners being Mrs. Bell and Mr. Howie o00) and Mrs. Knight and Mr. Trayes (bridge).
