SOCIAL JUSTICE.
FIRST RALLY. The Crusade for Social Justice held its first rally social for the season in the Overseas League rooms on Wednesday evening. Mr. Brian Diinniugham weiromed the visitors and introduced the Hex. C. P. BiiKlley. of Australia, who took the chair for the evening.
The. following artists contributed to the programme: Vocal numbers. Madame Ada Milburii. Mrs. .lack. Mrs. Cordon Nicholson. Miss Sybil Phillips. Miss Kennedy, Canon Averill. Mr. Donaldson. The accompanists were: Mrs. Barclay, Mrs. McCarthy, Mi~s (iordon. Mr. Alan Piiw. Elocutionary items were given bv Maisie Carte Lloyd. while Miss Doreen Dunn, accompanied by Piper Fox. gave a Highland dance. Master Ken Ward contributed a and tap dance. The vice-president of the crusade, (anon W. W. Averill. was congratulated mi his recent appointment. The programme, which was kindly arranged bv Mrs. V. (lay. concluded with an inspiring talk by the Rev. C. P. Bradley, after which those present were entertained by (h< , supper committee.
