EX-SOLDIER'S DEATH.
FELL PROM THAMCAR,
When he fell from a city-bound trameat near the top of Eden Terrace about six o'clock last evening, a returned soldier, Mr. Mathew Gilinore, aged about ._>() years, of 84. Sandringham Road, Mount Albert, suffered serious head injui ies, from which he died while being taken to the Auckland Hospital in a St. John ambulance.
Mr. Gilinore is survived by his wife and son.
